Changing or cancelling a registration

What can change before the deadline, what after it, and when you get your participant code.

Until the registration deadline the registration is fully in your hands. After the deadline the organiser changes it for you.

Before the registration deadline

Open My registrations and click the registration.
With Edit registration you add or remove tests, change the transport, delivery note or purchase order. The price is recalculated and a summary of the change arrives by e-mail.
With Cancel registration you cancel it. Both you and the organiser receive an e-mail about the cancellation. You can register for the same program again.

If the organiser extends the registration period, the extended date applies to new laboratories only. Registrations already submitted stay locked to the original deadline, which you see in the registration detail.

After the registration deadline

Editing and cancelling in MyPT are no longer possible; the registration detail reminds you of this. If you need a change (for example adding a test), write to info@ptprovider.cz. The organiser adjusts the registration and you receive an e-mail about it.

Participant code

After the registration deadline the organiser assigns each laboratory a random participant code, e.g. ZZB 2026/3/04. It arrives by e-mail and you find it in My registrations and in the registration detail. Your results appear under this code in the final report so that participants stay anonymous. Once assigned, the code never changes.
