Account and sign-in
Sign-up, sign-in, forgotten password and an invitation from a colleague.
A MyPT account is personal: it belongs to a person, not to a laboratory. One account can manage several laboratories and one laboratory can have several managers.
Creating an account
- Open the MyPT sign-in page and click Sign up.
- Fill in your e-mail (it becomes your login), first and last name, country and a password of at least 8 characters.
- Confirm with Sign up. The account is active immediately, you receive a welcome e-mail and MyPT guides you straight to creating a laboratory.
If a colleague invited you, you received an e-mail with the link Accept invitation. After clicking it you add your name and password and the account is created with access to their laboratory. The invitation is valid for 14 days.
Signing in
Sign in with your e-mail and password at ptprovider.cz/mypt, or use the MyPT button at the top right of the website. Sign out with Log out at the bottom left in MyPT.
Forgotten password
- On the sign-in page click Forgot your password? and enter your e-mail.
- You receive a message with the button Set a new password. The link is valid for 60 minutes and can be used once.
- Choose a new password. Other devices where you were signed in are signed out automatically.
If the e-mail does not arrive within a few minutes, check your spam folder. The sender is noreply@ptprovider.cz.
