As soon as a program enters the testing phase, Enter results appears in the menu and the Dashboard shows an Enter results link. You can save results as you go until the testing deadline.

Procedure

1. Open Enter results and choose the program.
2. For each test (standard and name) fill in the measured value. For tests with several determinations you enter the individual determinations, plus the uncertainty and an optional note. Units are pre-filled according to the PT plan.
3. Click Save results. A partially filled form is saved too; the next save overwrites the values.
4. A confirmation with the overview of saved values goes to the laboratory's contact e-mail. Check it.

Deadlines and reminders

• At the top of the page you see how many tests are filled in and how many days remain until the testing deadline.
• If the laboratory has no results entered 7 days and again 2 days before the deadline, a reminder is sent.
• After the testing deadline the form closes. A correction can then only be arranged with the organiser.
