Sample transport and customs documents
Transport options, laboratories outside the EU, pro forma invoice.
You choose the sample transport in the registration from the options the program offers. The transport price is part of the participation invoice.
Transport options

Samples are sent to the laboratory address, or to the delivery address if you have filled one in. Use the delivery note in the registration for opening hours or a contact for the carrier.
Laboratories outside the EU: customs documents
- Before the samples are sent, check the laboratory address and country in My laboratories. The country determines the customs regime.
- As soon as the organiser prepares the shipment, an e-mail tells you that a pro forma invoice (customs document for the shipment) is available.
- In Documents open the pro forma, check the address and the declared customs value and download the PDF. The document is always in English.
The pro forma invoice is a customs document only, not an invoice to pay. The participation invoice comes separately.
