Quality Assurance
Regular participation in our programmes allows you to validate methods and demonstrate the technical competence of your laboratory in line with accreditation bodies' requirements for proficiency testing participation, in particular Global ACI-TECH-1-008 (M) – Policy for Proficiency Testing and/or Interlaboratory Comparisons other than Proficiency Testing (2026) (global-aci.org, Technical Documents).

Expertise
We build on the long-standing background of the Faculty of Civil Engineering, Brno University of Technology, and its Institute of Building Testing. Our expertise covers a wide range of tests: fresh and hardened concrete, aggregates, mortars and cement, soils, bituminous binders and pavements, steel and reinforcement, timber, masonry units, polymers, and chemical analyses (leachates, PAH).

Programme workflow
How participation works

Registration
Create an account, set up your laboratory and register it for an open programme. Selecting tests takes just a few minutes.

Sample distribution
After registration closes you will receive the test samples together with instructions, by delivery, pickup or in person.

Testing and result submission
Test the samples using your own procedures and submit the results in the MyPT zone by the deadline.

Evaluation and report
You will receive an anonymised evaluation and the final report with a certificate of participation, available in MyPT.
