This program is primarily for participants from European Union countries. The reason for the restriction is to ensure the stability of the samples during transport.

The program aims to provide objective information on the measurement capabilities of the participants in the PTP. Early application to the program is the basic criterion for participation. Submitting the results of the compliance experiment and timely paying the participation fee are the basic criteria for receiving the Certificate of Participation and the Final Report.
